Whats your return policy?

As our team have been purchasing and finding vintage clothing around the globe for years we understand that returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible.

Orders can be returned for a store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns for products that have been approved via our returns portal. You will also need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Please read our sneaker returns policy below if you are seeking to return sneakers.

Paid with AFTERPAY?

Once your return has been processed you'll receive a full store credit for you return, so you'll be able to shop again straight away while continuing to pay the remaining Afterpay payments.

Due to the nature of our consignment sneaker platform, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size.

So please make your purchase carefully.

The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

i'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're so sorry if we've sent you a faulty or incorrect item. To make a return, follow the steps below so we can resolve this for you ASAP.

Head to our returns portal using the button above and enter your email address and order number. Select the item you need to return and select 'faulty' as the reason for returning and upload clear photos of the issue so the team can process the return asap.

The return status will update to "pending approval" and our team will get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours.

When will i receive my store credit?

All items returned back to us are issued a store credit via email within a few hours of arriving back at our warehouse facility. Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on all products!
