Can I change the address on my order?

If you've made an order and need the address changed please get in touch with us ASAP using a contact option below.

Generally we can change an address for an order, however some couriers have deadlines so its critical you reach out as soon as you can.

If we can't change the address in time we will get the package returned to us and resend it to your correct address.

How CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

When your order is on its way you’ll also receive another email from the courier with your tracking number.

Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and junk folder too). It can take up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.

WHAT DAYS DO WE SHIP ORDERS?

We ship orders Monday - Friday and work public holidays to maintain our lighting fast delivery times. If we could send orders out on the weekend we would, however the couriers do not operate on non business days!
